In today’s society eating healthy on a limited income is very challenging, especially as prices go up and most of us are on a limited income.

I choose to mainly eat healthy, fruits, veggies, lean meat. On a limited income, I am blessed to have SNAP but it doesn’t allow a healthy diet for a whole month.

When you donate the bounty from your gardens, you are allowing me and so many other people to remain healthy while we all face life’s challenges. Thank you so much.”
